
The growing share of aluminum alloy and zinc in the commodity market segment of non-ferrous metals.
Despite the decrease in the total volume of supply from Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical plant and Tashkent plant for harvesting and processing of scrap and waste non-ferrous metals the specific percentage of aluminum alloys and zinc in the segment of non-ferrous metals increased in comparison to 2011 year.
In January 2011, it was sold in 1523 tons of non-ferrous metals, specific percentage of aluminum alloys was only 0,8% (13 ton ), zinc -0,6% (10 ton), copper -98,6% (1500 ton). During January 2012 sold 1054 tons of nonferrous metals (reduced by 44% compared to 2011) of with aluminum alloys 4,5% (48 tons), zinc 3,1% (33 tons), share of copper sales decreased to 92,3% (973 tons).
Of the variety of brands of aluminum alloys during the current period were sold only 2 brands AKM2 and AB87, If there is a stable brand AKM2 strong demand (from 34 tons put up all implemented), then the brand of the exhibited AB87 12 tons sold only 4 tons. Of Zinc metal was offered 50 ton and sold 33 tons.
Noteworthy, that the consumers of aluminum alloys and zinc in 2012 are industrial enterprises, stationed exclusively in Tashkent and Tashkent region.
In general it maybe noted that the domestic market aluminum alloy and balance, which is confirmed by the dynamics of average prices, positioned at the starting prices.
